A consulting practice built for GTM decisions, not GTM theatre.
ConnectLead Consulting exists to help B2B technology companies make better GTM decisions before they spend more on outbound execution.

Most B2B technology companies do not have a shortage of activity. They have SDRs sending sequences, marketing running campaigns, and leadership reviewing pipeline reports every week. What is often missing is confidence that the underlying decisions (who to target, what to say, and why it matters) are actually correct.
ConnectLead Consulting was built to answer that question directly. We diagnose the GTM motion (ICP, positioning, targeting, messaging and infrastructure) before recommending more activity, more headcount or more spend.
Where the diagnostic approach comes from
The people behind ConnectLead Consulting have spent years on the execution side of GTM through ConnectLead Agency: building outbound programs, watching which messaging actually gets replies, and sitting in on the calls where a "qualified" account turns out not to be qualified at all. That vantage point exposes a pattern: a lot of underperforming outbound isn't an execution problem. It's a strategy that was never really tested before the budget went into sending it.
Most strategy work doesn't get pressure-tested against that reality until months in, once the campaigns are already live and the reporting isn't adding up. ConnectLead Consulting exists to run that pressure test first, on purpose, as a distinct step before anyone commits budget to execution.
The question isn't whether you can run more outbound. It's whether the decisions behind it would survive being checked.
Relationship to ConnectLead Agency
ConnectLead Consulting operates as the strategic consulting practice of ConnectLead Agency, giving clients access to both strategic thinking and hands-on execution when required. Consulting engagements are diagnosis- and strategy-led; when a client needs execution support, ConnectLead Agency can take a strategy into market through data, prospecting and outbound campaign management.
The two practices are kept intentionally separate: consulting recommendations are not shaped by a need to sell execution services, and a recommendation for further work is only made when the diagnosis genuinely supports it.
Four things we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
- 01We diagnose before we prescribeNo engagement starts with a proposal for a 12-month retainer. It starts with a session that tells you, specifically, what's actually broken — even when the honest answer is “less than you think.”
- 02The person in the room owns the outcomeThe consultant who runs your diagnostic session is the one who stays on the engagement. There is no handoff to a junior analyst once the scoping call ends.
- 03Consulting and execution stay separateRecommendations are not shaped by a need to sell campaign management. When ConnectLead Agency is the right next step, we say so — and just as often, we say it is not.
- 04One framework, applied consistentlyICP, positioning, targeting, messaging, infrastructure, execution. Every engagement, from a single diagnostic to a full market-entry plan, reads against the same six dimensions.
How we work
Every engagement starts from the same six-part framework: ICP, positioning, targeting, messaging, infrastructure and execution. We diagnose first, challenge assumptions, prioritize what actually matters commercially, then build a plan that is specific enough to act on.
