What this covers

This policy explains what ConnectLead Consulting collects through this website and how that information is handled. It applies to consulting.connectleadagency.com only. It does not describe how ConnectLead Agency's own website or client campaigns handle data — see the agency's separate policy for that.

Information we collect

When you book a diagnostic, request an engagement, or send a message through this site, we collect what you submit directly: your name, work email, company, and the details of the GTM problem you describe. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How it's used

Submissions are used to reply to your inquiry, prepare for and deliver a booked session, and, unless you opt out, to occasionally share GTM and outbound thinking relevant to the problem you raised. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard analytics tooling to understand which pages and content are useful to visitors in aggregate. No individual browsing profile is built or sold. You can block or clear cookies at any time from your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Who sees your information

Your details are shared only with the people delivering your engagement and the tools that support scheduling, email, and payment processing. If you engage both ConnectLead Consulting and ConnectLead Agency for related work, the relevant details may be shared between the two practices so you're not repeating yourself. Otherwise, we don't hand your data to third parties for their own outreach.

Where data is processed

Some of the tools we rely on for forms, scheduling, and communication may process data outside India. Where that happens, we work only with providers that maintain reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Keeping information secure

We serve this site over HTTPS and limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver an engagement. No online system is completely risk-free, so treat anything you submit accordingly.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We aim to act on requests within a reasonable time.
