What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement of ConnectLead Consulting's consulting services, including the GTM Diagnostic, Diagnose & Fix, GTM Execution Partner, and any related strategy work described here or agreed separately in writing.

How engagements work

The GTM Diagnostic is a fixed-fee session, paid in advance. Diagnose & Fix and GTM Execution Partner follow the same fixed-fee structure at the tiers described on this site. Anything beyond those tiers is scoped and priced individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

What we don't promise

Our recommendations reflect the information available to us at the time of the engagement. We don't guarantee a specific increase in pipeline, revenue, or meetings booked as a result of implementing them — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including how a recommendation is executed.

Ownership of deliverables

Once an engagement is paid for, you're free to use the written findings and recommendations internally. Everything else on this site, including articles, frameworks, and the diagnostic methodology itself, remains the property of ConnectLead Consulting unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ConnectLead Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of this site or the consulting services we provide. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't permit it to be limited.

Governing law
